CASTECH will attend Photonics West on 28th-30th January, 2025 in the United States. We sincerely welcome new and old customers from all over the world to visit our booth!

Deep ploughing technology, breakthrough innovation. CASTECH has always been committed to developing new boundaries in the photonic industry with advanced R&D concepts and reliable technical strength, providing one-stop photonic solutions and upgrading for industry applications. In this exhibition, CASTECH will bring ‘Non-inertial Scanning Device Based on 2D Acousto-Optical Deflector (AOD)’, which is a non-inertial, ultra-high-speed, random scanning effect display platform with acousto-optic deflector as the core; using CASTECH's independently researched and developed 2D-AOD and high-speed inverter drive, to change the frequency value of the RF signal and precisely electronically control the beam deflection direction in the 2D-AOD. Using the 2D-AOD and high-speed variable frequency drive independently developed by Fortune Tech to change the frequency value of the RF signal, precisely electronically control the direction of beam deflection, and form a variety of scanning modes, such as continuous line scanning, sequential point scanning, and random jump scanning of the laser in the 2D plane. It can be applied in Laser processing, wafer inspection, high-speed two-photon microscopy imaging, biological detection, optical communication and other fields.

CASTECH always adheres to the core concept of ‘building a bridge of light for the world’ and keeps moving forward to provide customers with better products and services.

Laser Beam Expander: Parameter, Principle, and Product Selection

Laser beam expanders are designed to alter the laser beam diameter, divergence angle, and intensity distribution. They are commonly used in applications such as laser scanning, laser resonators, laser interferometry, and remote sensing to achieve functions like reducing spot energy density, decreasing beam diameter at a specific distance, minimizing focused spot size, and compensating for laser beam size. They are one of the most widely used components in laser systems.
