The galvanometer is an excellent vector scanning device, whose principle is that when a position signal is input, the swinging motor (galvo mirrors) will swing a certain angle according to a certain voltage and angle conversion ratio. It is widely used in laser marking, beam control, laser processing, and so on.
CASTECH provides customized galvo mirrors in a variety of specifications and shapes, including lightweight galvo mirror solutions. The galvo mirrors can withstand high power, and are coated in the UV to NIR range, providing ideal solutions for customer applications, especially high-power applications.

Metrology
We are equipped with Zygo interferometers or 4D interferometers for high-precision monitoring of surface flatness, ensuring that the spot is uniform during customer use. Combined with the coating process, we improve the damage resistance of the galvo mirrors.
CASTECH has established a LIDT measurement systems in house working at 355 nm, 532 nm and 1064 nm with pulse duration of 5ns. Either 1-on-1 or S-on-1 regime is available.
